Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipments in the continental US usually take less than 7 days, but we will expedite shipping if requested at an additional cost. If you need something shipped outside the US please contact us for assistance.
Our handmade products are made to order, however we do keep a limited stock to expedite customer orders. Many times we have items in stock that ship in 1-2 business days. If we do not have stock of an item, please note, we require a 2-3 week production time prior to shipment. Specific order lead times will be communicated after receiving an order confirmation.

Returns
If your order arrives damaged: Please contact the studio and we will help you. All orders are insured for shipment.
For any other reason: if you received the wrong item or are not satisfied with your piece for any reason, please contact the studio. We want you to be happy with your piece and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We are not responsible for return shipping fees or for items damaged during return shipping to us.
